Use to be great!!

This app works still but the watch list isnt synced with my ebay watch list! The items are on mybidder but they arent in order so I have to hunt for my items. I contacted customer support and they didnt respond! My father has the same problem and they responded to him and blamed him for not doing something right!! We use this app all the time!! We know how to use it! The app isnt as good as it use to be!
